The show will take place Nov. 17-20 (Tuesday-Friday) in Orlando, Florida. Pre-conference workshops and tours will take place Tuesday, Nov. 17. The trade show will be open Nov. 18-19 (Wednesday-Thursday).

The REAL ID Act goes into effect in 2026. On May 7, 2026, every air traveler, age 18 and older, will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of ID (like a passport or U.S. military ID) for boarding commercial aircraft. Generally, if your license has a star in the upper right-hand corner, it's a REAL ID, but check your state driver's license agency to make sure. For more information, visit the TSA website.

Conference dress is casual. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes. Meeting rooms are often chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket.
