- 01The show will take place Nov. 17-19 (Tuesday-Thursday) in Orlando, Florida. Pre-conference workshops and tours will take place Tuesday, Nov. 17. The trade show will be open Nov. 18-19 (Wednesday-Thursday).
- 02All seminars, workshops and the trade show are located at: Orange County Convention Center 9800 International Dr Orlando, FL 32819
- 03In November, Orlando average high is 78 degrees, while the average low is 59 degrees.
- 04The REAL ID Act goes into effect in 2026. On May 7, 2026, every air traveler, age 18 and older, will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of ID (like a passport or U.S. military ID) for boarding commercial aircraft. Generally, if your license has a star in the upper right-hand corner, it's a REAL ID, but check your state driver's license agency to make sure. - 08Expo only badges are available for spouses/guests 18 years and older to visit the trade show for $35. Guest registration must be done on-site. No guests are allowed in seminars.

- 13Conference dress is casual. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes. Meeting rooms are often chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket.
