  • When is AB Show 2024?
    The show will take place Nov. 19-22 (Tuesday-Friday) in New Orleans, Louisiana. Pre-conference workshops and tours will take place Tuesday, Nov. 19. The trade show will be open Nov. 20-21 (Wednesday-Thursday).
  • Where is the show located?
    All seminars, workshops and the trade show are located at: New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center 900 Convention Center Boulevard New Orleans, LA 70130
  • What will the weather be like in New Orleans?
    In November, New Orleans average high is 72 degrees, while the average low is 52 degrees.
  • Important! Do you have a REAL ID-compliant license?
    The REAL ID Act goes into effect in 2025. On May 7, 2025, every air traveler, age 18 and older, will need a REAL ID-compliant driver's license or another acceptable form of ID (like a passport or U.S. military ID) for boarding commercial aircraft. Generally, if your license has a star in the upper right-hand corner, it's a REAL ID, but check your state driver's license agency to make sure. For more information, visit the TSA website.

  • I'm bringing my family. What can they attend?
    Free Expo-only badges are available for spouses/guests to visit the trade show. Children are not allowed in seminars. Children are not recommended on the expo floor, but if they do attend the expo, they must be properly badged at the registration desk.
  • What is there to see and do in New Orleans?

  • Can I attend MFA and NAYS sessions?
    MFA and NAYS sessions are free for all AB Show attendees.
  • What type of CEUs/CECs are available during the conference?

  • Will the speakers provide handouts during the sessions?
    Some speakers provide handouts for their sessions. By downloading the mobile app, you will have access to these handouts before, during and after the event.
  • What is the dress code?
    Conference dress is casual. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes. Meeting rooms are often chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket.
  • What if I need special assistance?

  • Will I get a registration confirmation?
    Yes, you will receive a confirmation email. Registration for AB Show 2024 is OPEN! Register today!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to questions@abshow.com. You can transfer the registration to another delegate or request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. For cancellations received on or after Oct. 5, 2024, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. If AB Show does not take place, a full refund will be offered or you can transfer your registration to the 2025 show.
