When is AB Show 2019?
The show will take place Nov. 13-16, 2019. Pre-conference workshops and tours will take place Wednesday, Nov. 13. The trade show will be open Nov. 14-15.
Where is the show located?
All seminars, workshops, keynotes and the trade show are located at:

The trade show will be in Halls C-D1, and the keynote will be in the Chapin Theater. Workshops and seminars will be located in Rooms 208-209, 221-224, 309, 312-315 and 414.
What are on-site registration hours?
Tuesday, Nov. 12 - 4:00PM-6:00PM (AB Show registration only; MFA and NAYS registration opens Wednesday.)
Wednesday, Nov. 13 - 7:00AM-6:00PM
Thursday, Nov. 14 - 7:00AM-6:00PM
Friday, Nov. 15 - 6:15AM-5:30PM
Saturday, Nov. 16 - 7:45AM-12:00PM

Where should I stay?
A wide range of hotels are available, ranging in price from $159 to $269 per night. Hotel blocks will open May 1st.
I'm bringing my family. What can they attend?
Free Expo-only badges are available for spouses/guests to visit the trade show, or attend the keynote. Children are not allowed in keynotes or seminars. Children are not recommended on the expo floor, but if they do attend the expo, they must be properly badged at the registration desk.
Can I attend MFA and NAYS sessions?
MFA and NAYS sessions are free for all AB Show attendees.
What type of CEUs/CECs are available during the conference?

Will the speakers provide handouts during the sessions?
Register by October 28 and you'll receive a link to download and print out the session handouts in advance, or download to your laptop, iPad or smartphone via AB Show's mobile app. Some speakers will provide handouts on-site.
What is the dress code?
Conference dress is casual. We recommend you wear comfortable walking shoes. Meeting rooms are often chilly, so please bring a sweater or light jacket.

Will I get a registration confirmation?
If you register online, you will receive a receipt as soon as you submit your payment. If you register by email, phone or mail, you will be mailed a paid invoice within three weeks. If you have not received a written confirmation within three weeks, please contact us at 800-722-8764 or 608-249-0186.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your registration, please submit your request in writing to email@example.com. You can transfer the registration to another delegate or request a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. For cancellations received on or after Oct. 28, 2019, a $100 cancellation fee will apply.
