Getting to Orlando

Discount Air Travel/Car Rental

Getting to Your Hotel

Taxis

Taxi fares are approximately $45 from the airport to the Orange County Convention Center and nearby hotels.

Mears Shuttle Service

Mears will provide attendees and exhibitors with a convenient and affordable transfer between the Orlando International Airport and the International Drive/Convention Center hotels. All AB Show, MFA, NAYS, IHRSA and Redefined Conference attendees will receive a $4 discount off the regular round-trip price of the shared ride shuttle. Make your shuttle reservation.

Getting to the Convention Center

Shuttle Buses

Shuttle buses will be available to take participants between the convention center and Hampton Inn, Homewood Suites, Hyatt Place, Residence Inn and Springhill Suites. The Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza, Rosen Inn and Hyatt Regency (former Peabody) are adjacent to or close to the convention center.

Parking

The West Building's parking lot can be accessed a number of ways — via Exhibit Drive (north entrance), via Convention Way (south entrance) and via West Entrance Drive off of Westwood Boulevard. For detailed driving directions, please visit Attendee Parking. Fees are $17 per car per entry and $25 for oversized vehicles. The OCCC accepts cash, traveler's checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

I-Ride Trolley

Fully enclosed, air-conditioned trolleys operate year-round throughout the International Drive resort area, seven days a week from 8:00am-10:30pm. A single adult fare is $2.00 (25 cents for age 65 and over). One- to 14-day ride passes are sold at most hotel guest service desks. The trolley stops at the convention center's West Building.
