Aquatic and Athletic Tour

This is a unique opportunity to visit two of the top aquatics, fitness, and recreation facilities in the Orlando area. AB Show attendees will gain behind the scenes access to elite training environments, competitive venues, and innovative facility operations.
Light refreshments will be available.
8:00 a.m. - Bus departs from the Orange County Convention Center
The Rosen Aquatic Center
A state of the art aquatic complex featuring approximately 1.5 million gallons of water across three pools, designed for elite competition, training, and specialized programming. In addition to hosting USA Swimming Nationals and World Championship Trials, the facility supports community and public safety training programs, including military and law enforcement water survival (HEED), lifeguard certification, and fire rescue dive training.
Tour highlights include:

Competition Pool: 50m x 25y Olympic size; 8 long course or 17 short course lanes ;hydraulically retractable roof

Diving Well: 25m x 25y; 7,17 ft depth; platforms at 5m, 7.5m, and 10m; four 3m and four 1m springboards

Teaching Pool: 25yard pool for warm up and instructional use
Lake Highland Preparatory School
Founded in 1970, Lake HighlandPreparatory School has grown into one of the nation’s largest private schools, serving students from PreK through 12th grade with a strong emphasis on academics and athletics. The tour provides behind-the scenes access to premier aquatic and athletic facilities.
